For couples and small groups seeking a cosier setting than the expansive Maitraya residence, the Aviator’s Cottage is ideal.

This quaint 2 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 people in total comfort.

You’ll find more than 500 acres of natural and pristine bushland are yours to explore and the cottage is located within comfortable walking distance of the breathtaking Albany coastline, private swimming lagoon and surfing beach.

Solar electricity powers the lights of the cottage and the water pump to transport rainwater from the storage tanks. The kitchen features a wood fired stove for cooking and heating.

The cottage sits alongside the Maitraya private airstrip. This is only used on special occasions where Maitraya residence guests arrive in their own private aircraft. Rest assured, peace and tranquility is assured during your stay at the Aviator’s Cottage!
